The Nemean Lion In Greek mythology, the Nemean lion was destroyed by Heracles as the first of his twelve Labours. The hero cornered the lion in its cave and seizing it by the neck, wrestled the lion to death. Hera loved the lion so deeply, she is said to have placed it amongst the stars after its death, forming the constellation Leo. I played around with cyanotype here as well as creating a digital version of this papercut style design.
